Understand What Your Customers Really Think of You

See what it's for, when to use it, and what you'll get with this prompt.

What it does

Satisfaction surveys capture a score, but they don't capture the real sentiment behind it. When a customer gives you a 7, what does it mean? Are they happy? Disappointed? Indifferent? This prompt analyzes your customer feedback in depth: what they say, what they feel, what they want, and what they're not saying. It surfaces recurring themes, dominant sentiments, and opportunities that a simple score never reveals. Use it when you want to go beyond NPS and CSAT numbers, when you need to understand why customers give certain scores, or when you want to turn feedback into concrete improvement actions.

When to use

  • Satisfaction surveys capture a score but not the real sentiment behind it
  • When a customer gives a 7, you need to know whether they're happy, disappointed, or indifferent β€” and a single number won't tell you
  • You want to identify recurring themes, dominant sentiments, and opportunities that a basic score hides
  • You need to go beyond NPS and CSAT numbers and turn raw feedback into concrete improvement actions

What you will get

A structured result ready to use, personalized for your context.
