We rethought how the dashboard loads so that every screen is ready almost the moment you click. Pages arrive already filled in, without that blank gap waiting for content, and editing pop-ups open right away.

Prompt Optimizer in Half the Time

We reorganized how the optimizer works under the hood. The result is a difference you can feel: each optimization now finishes in about half the time, on the site, in the Chrome extension and on WhatsApp.

Onboarding with Credit Bonuses

We launched a floating checklist in the corner of the dashboard with 6 onboarding steps. Each completed step deposits bonus credits into your account, automatically, no need to ask.

New First-Optimization Screen

People entering Social Prompts for the first time are now taken straight to a screen dedicated to the first optimization. The optimized prompt is saved to your library automatically, an editing window opens so you can tweak title and tags, and a short note explains what changed and which best practices were applied.

Rate Prompts with 5 Stars

Every saved prompt now has 5-star ratings, available both on the website and in the Chrome extension. One click marks how well that prompt delivered the expected result.

This helps you quickly bring back the prompts that work best for you.

Automatic Payment Recovery

We built a full automatic billing-recovery flow for whenever something goes wrong with a subscription charge.

• Automatic e-mail when a card is declined, with a direct link to update the payment method
• Warning e-mail when the last card on file is removed without a replacement
• Persistent dashboard banner when the subscription is past due, so the notice doesn't get missed
• Proportional refunds that correctly respect already-consumed credit packs
• Subscription pause and resume handled cleanly, without cutting access by mistake

Your Language, Remembered

Social Prompts now learns your preferred language as you browse — if you always use the English version, your e-mails start arriving in English too. Until now, automated sequences defaulted to Portuguese, even for people using the whole product in English.

Library: Search Merged into "Explore Prompts"

The standalone "Search" tab was merged into Explore Prompts, and a side drawer "Search all" lets you query the entire library without switching screens. Fewer clicks, more results.

Free Plan Adjustment

After detecting recurring abuse via duplicate accounts, we adjusted the free plan: 3 credits per month (down from 5), and the curated library is now part of the paid plans. Anyone with existing credit packs keeps using them normally.

Redesigned Side Menu

We reorganized the dashboard's side menu: the "Optimize Prompt" button moved to the top, navigation is now in the order that matches day-to-day use, the avatar became clickable, and there's a direct link to install the Chrome extension.

More Reliable E-mails

We rewrote every e-mail in the platform so that it looks the same no matter which app you use to read it. Result: consistent layout in notoriously tricky clients like Spark and Outlook, with clickable buttons everywhere. People who sign up with e-mail and password (not just Google) now also receive the welcome e-mail properly.
